By accessing and using the Bytes FiberNet network, website, or WiFi hotspots, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue the use of our services.

Bytes FiberNet provides internet connectivity services through fiber internet and WiFi hotspot access points. Service availability, speed, and performance may vary depending on network conditions, device capability, and location.

Users agree to use the service responsibly and legally. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Accessing or distributing pornographic or illegal content in compliance with NTC Memorandum Circular No. 03-07-2015
• Using torrent services or peer-to-peer file sharing platforms that may affect network integrity
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or bypass network security
• Reselling or sharing service access without authorization
• Using the service for illegal activities

Bytes FiberNet reserves the right to suspend or terminate service if these policies are violated.

While we strive to provide reliable internet service, interruptions may occur due to:

• Network maintenance
• Technical issues
• Force majeure events
• Third-party infrastructure outages

Bytes FiberNet will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible.

Service payments may be made through supported payment channels including:

• GCash
• Maya
• Voucher-based access

Subscriptions may include:

• Monthly plans
• Volume-based non-expiry plans

All payments are non-refundable once activated, except in cases of system error or billing disputes validated by Bytes FiberNet.

To ensure fair usage and network stability, Bytes FiberNet may:

• Apply speed management policies
• Block harmful or restricted websites
• Monitor network traffic for security purposes

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their:

• Username
• Password
• Voucher codes

Bytes FiberNet is not responsible for unauthorized use due to shared credentials.

Bytes FiberNet shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Indirect damages caused by service outages or third-party network issues

Bytes FiberNet may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
